Calligraphy Workshop with Angelique Recap

Hello Friends!

Last Saturday we had our Calligraphy Workshop led by the lovely Angelique. If you didn’t know already Angi is a graphic designer, calligrapher, and owner of Angelique Ink. She has been a professional calligrapher for the past seven years. We are inspired by her strong passion towards personal expression and you can definitely see it though her handwritten calligraphy.

At the workshop students familiarized themselves with proper techniques of modern pointed pen calligraphy, basic pen strokes, and constructing and connecting letters and styling and composition. They left with their own calligraphy supply set, curated by Angi, which included her instructional guide book, alphabet exemplars, and styling tips. The morning was filled with good art and even better company! It was the best way to spend a Saturday!
