Shipping & Returns
Domestic orders are shipped Priority Mail or First Class Mail via United States Postal Service. All orders placed will be shipped 1-3 business days pending item availability and payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so email us if you would like to purchase insurance for an additional fee.
HOW LONG DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS TAKE?
Depending on your location, please allow up to 12 business days for your order to arrive.
I LIVE IN THE LONG BEACH AREA, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE INSTEAD OF BEING SHIPPED?
Your order can be picked up at our brick + mortar store in Downtown Long Beach. During checkout, choose IN STORE PICK UP in the shipping field. This will omit shipping costs and you can pick up at 430 E. 1st St. Long Beach, CA 90802 during store hours. This option is only available for orders in California and able to pick up in our store location. Bring a copy of your order and photo ID to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 3 days. If order is not picked up, order will be canceled and returned to stock.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER / HOW CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping related questions.
Email email@example.com ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. An invoice will be sent to you for additional shipping charges, and your order will not ship until the additional fees are paid.
International packages are shipped First Class Mail via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 2-6 weeks for your package to arrive. International packages are mailed with a proof of mailing via the customs declaration number. If you need to track your package, let us know so we can send you an invoice for priority or express international shipping.
You are responsible for import taxes and customs fees for your package. Please consider potential custom fees prior to placing an order. International packages can not be marked as a Gift. Every country has their own shipping regulations so note that shipments can be held in customs for some time and it is beyond our control. Contact your local post office directly if your package has not arrived within the given time.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered international packages.
5 day RETURN POLICY on NEW merchandise only. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your item with "ATTENTION RETURNS" in the subject line, order number and the nature of the problem.
Return items without a prior approval will not be accepted.
Returns received more than 5 days after the original order receipt date will not be accepted and no refunds will be given.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on SALE ITEMS, items purchased using a discount code, international orders, vintage merchandise, lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, accessories, apothecary, personal or skin care, food, cameras, original artwork, or electronics.
For vintage items, read descriptions clearly. Vintage items are preloved and can have slight imperfections so feel free to contact us for specific questions to help with your purchase.
Items returned must be in the same condition it was sent. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in perfect condition, and in original packaging. This means wallets can not be folded, boxes can not be torn open, and etc.
ALL returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% RESTOCK FEE. No exceptions. We are a small business.
All returns will be given as store credit or exchange. No exceptions.
Store credit will be given for amount of purchase minus 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to process refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order.
Shipping is non-refundable. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping on returns and exchanges for incorrect shipment. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns. Buyer also responsible for additional fees that may incur i.e. PayPal or credit card fees.

If you are wanting a different size or color in an item, we recommend purchasing that item and sending the original back. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, send us an email at email@example.com and we will happily assist you.
